Dining in the recreation room is great for large groups, or in the courtyard during summer weather. With separate cottages you can spend as much time as you wish together and retire to your own cottage when you want peace and quiet, or an early night without upsetting the party; very popular with family groups.
If you are booking all our cottages for a large gathering you will have exclusive use of the recreation room for entertaining and we have provided a hostess trolley and trestle tables and benches to be arranged as you wish.
A professional caterer can be recommended if you want help with your party. She is happy to provide whatever service you require from just a plate of sandwiches to a fully waitress-serviced function.

It is an ideal spot for a large gathering.
A tumble drier is available besides the washing lines in your cottage gardens should you need to dry clothes. An ironing board and iron are kept here too.
Two long distance footpaths can be accessed from the farm; Monarch Way and Wessex Ridgeway, along with numerous shorter walks nearby, such as the River Parrett Trail, Jubilee Trail, Millenium Walk and Brit Valley Way.
The two local pubs are walking distance along a quiet country lane; Admiral Hood in Mosterton about 3/4 mile and Winyards Gap in Chedington, about 2 miles walk. Both serve very good food and are dog friendly.
